By accessing or using the QuestMed Question Bank Platform ("Platform"), operated by QuestMed, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform. These Terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
The QuestMed Platform is intended solely for educational, revision, and self-assessment purposes.
- It is NOT a substitute for formal education, clinical experience, or prescribed texts.
- We do not guarantee that any questions will appear in any actual HPCSA or board examination.
QuestMed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the HPCSA or any other regulatory or academic body. Any references to exams or syllabi are contextual only.

We do not guarantee complete accuracy. QuestMed is not liable for academic consequences, losses, or misinterpretations.
While we use reasonable security practices, no system is 100% secure. Users must protect their credentials. QuestMed complies with POPIA.

We may terminate access for violations without notice or refund.
You agree to indemnify QuestMed from any claim, liability, or legal action due to your use or misuse of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by South African law. Any legal matters shall be resolved in the High Court of South Africa.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and QuestMed.
